Interactive sample · no email is sent

This is a fixed example, not a live AI draft or a test of your workspace policies. It uses no AI allowance.

1. Incoming message

From: developer@example.com

Hi, how can I check whether my test email was sent?

2. Example reply

Hi! Open Email logs to review the message’s recorded status. Provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox placement. If you need help, share the message ID through Support without including private email contents.

3. Choose the sample policy

Sample outcome: waiting for human review.

Sample decisions stay on this page. They are not stored in your workspace or audit trail.

Run your first real AI test

  1. Create or select a workspace in the dashboard.
  2. Request an AI allowance below. Include your workspace name and intended use. Our team enables allowances manually; submitting a request does not activate drafting.
  3. Configure an incoming email identity and an active agent with drafting instructions.
  4. Add a policy requiring human approval for the agent’s replies. Review other enabled policies and their priorities before testing.
  5. Send a simple test message to that identity. Review the draft in Approvals, then approve or reject it. Check Actions and the audit trail for the result.

Use a test inbox and non-sensitive content. A live approval can send a real email. AI replies can be incorrect; policies do not verify their accuracy.

Email plans include 0 AI drafts. Allowances are separate from email subscriptions. Read the pricing details.
